Reviews of Gent's Garage in Sittingbourne

Booked my BMW 2 series in for a brake systems check, I was booked into a cancellation slot for the following week once I called. I would usually go to the main dealer for my car, but the distance and lack of free slots makes it much more stressful. I've used a few garages in the local Sittingbourne area, some have been good, a good few bad. These guys had confidence and I was not concerned with the level of experience they possessed. One concern of mine in some big garages in Sittingbourne is the use of young workers, some of them might be great but some just do not care about the quality of the work. I dropped off the car; they had a look and let me know the front disks and pads needed replacing. I already had suspicion from a BMW main dealer letting me know they were getting close to the limit a few months ago. The same day they ordered the parts and fitted them. They were very understanding and friendly over the phone. This is my first experience using them, the price was not bad for the level of service provided and I will consider using them again.
